If the air conditioner has been transported horizontally, please stand the air conditioner upright for at least half a day before use or it will not function correctly.

After this the air conditioner must remain vertical as specified in the instruction manual. When the air conditioner is switched on the compressor does not start immediately, there is a delay of 3 minutes to protect the compressor.

If after leaving the unit in a vertical position and after waiting a few minutes before it is switched on, the air conditioner does not start you may need to contact an authorised service centre.
